IF YOU USE FEDEX, EXHIBITORS CAN SHIP DIRECT TO THE FEDEX HANGAR!
Please arrange for your shipment to arrive April 27th – April 30th. All freight shipped via FedEx will be held at the FedEx Anchorage Hub and delivered directly to the hangar by container on May 3rd.
Specify on the Air bill: “NO SIGNATURE REQUIRED.” List your company name and booth number as the recipient, in conjunction with the Gathering FedEx shipping address.

Please also include a point of contact on the outside of your shipment. If you are using FedEx Ground, allow 10 working days for your delivery to reach Anchorage. This means you must ship by April 22nd. Orders may be shipped to the Fedex Hangar at 6050 Rockwell Avenue, Anchorage, AK 99502.
VERY IMPORTANT! If you are using another freight company, you need to use Alaska Event Services as your freight forwarder, 907-345-8789 or email@example.com. This insures that your freight will arrive and depart without getting lost. Show management and FedEx will not be responsible for your lost shipments. No shipments will be accepted at the FedEx hangar unless special arrangements have been made prior to the show. Please email us at firstname.lastname@example.org with any questions.
Return shipping by FedEx will be available to exhibitors at the close of the show. All booths must be removed from the FedEx Hangar by midnight, May 5th.

BOOTH SPACE INFORMATION PACKET
Alaska Event Services, Inc. has been selected as the show service contractor for the 2020 Great Alaska Aviation Gathering, to be held May 2nd and 3rd, 2020 at the FedEx Hanger in Anchorage, Alaska.
Show management will provide you with an 8’ x 10’ display booth space, one skirted table, an identification sign, and one folding chair.
Note: Any electrical power MUST be arranged through Alaska Event Services, please refer to the packet below.
If you require additional services such as freight handling, electrical service, tables, chairs, etc., please refer to the exhibitor service kit below.

CANCELLATION AND REDUCTION POLICY
"Any cancellations or changes MUST BE IN WRITING and received by our office no later than (30) days prior to THE EVENT'S opening day. Upon written request, refunds will be made less a $75.00 handling fee. After the cancellation date - No REFUNDS will be made."
